The Lateinamerika Herbst is an annual festival with a series of events and cultural programmes that deals with political, economic, cultural and social aspects of Latin America and the Caribbean. The festival has been taking place in Hamburg since 2014 in collaboration with the CELAC Consulates and Embassies supported by the City of Hamburg, the EU-LAC Foundation and the Ethnological Museum with the aim of providing a space to show the cultural diversity of Latin America and the Caribbean in Hamburg.In order to support the organisation of the upcoming edition, the EU-LAC Foundation is currently launching a call for tenders for the conclusion of a service contract with one contractor in charge of:
Coordinating the Latinamerika Herbst festival
Tasks
- Develop and maintain appropriate links with key stakeholders to communicate the Lateinamerika Herbst agenda and to manage event feedback
- Contribute to the organisation of meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences and other events, thus maximising the impact of their programmes and participants
- Coordinate timetabling and booking of spaces for the activities of the Festival
- Work collaboratively with the CELAC Consulates and Embassies, the Hamburg Senate, the EU-LAC Foundation, cultural institutions and other participating entities to clearly articulate events and outcomes
- Manage the media outlets agenda, the action and promotional materials, the copywriting and publishing of web contents and social media on the activities of the Lateinamerika Herbst 2017
- Be responsible for the planning, publicity and reporting of all the activities
- Preparation of reports and statistics
